Tenders were invited from Contractors with a CIDB grading of 7CE or higher for the construction of the first phase of the upgrading of Informal Settlements Programme (UISP) consisting of 680 serviced erven as well as a temporary relocation area (TRA) within the Mossel Bay Municipal area.

A compulsory site and information meeting was held at 10h00 on Thursday, 3 June 2021 at the KwaNonqaba Community Hall, Cnr. Mayixhale & Pakathita Street, KwaNonqaba (opposite KwaNonqaba SAPS). The meeting was well attended.

The contractors also visited the sites earmarked for construction as part of phase 1 of the Mossel Bay UISP.
