The Vision of the Mossel Bay UISP Project is as follows:

• To provide better living conditions for the people living in informal settlements in Mossel Bay.
• Provide households with a water point, toilet and electrical supply
• Remove people from environmental sensitive areas
• Remove people from areas prone to flooding
• Provide adequate access to social facilities
