Construction activities are progressing well on the Sinethemba Phase 1 area that is currently being implemented. The work performed by the appointed contractor, Entsha Henra (Pty) Ltd is running according to programme. 194 serviced sites are being constructed with each erf also receiving a built toilet structure with a wash trough. The current construction activities include the construction of the sewer main line; the installation of water house connections; sewer house connections; sewer manholes; construction of toilet structures; and the installation of ducts. Most of the retaining walls in the layout plan have already been constructed. The roads will still be surfaced and sidewalks constructed and the installation of electricity will also commence soon.
